Joe Biden is sworn in as the 46th President of The United States.

Kamala Harris was earlier sworn in, in a historic moment.

Harris officially becomes the first female, first Black and first South Asian vice president.

She was sworn in by Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
