2023: Nigerians Need Change Of Attitude, Says Delta Assembly Aspirant

Candidate of the Labour Party for Bomadi Constituency in the 2023 House of Assembly election in Delta State, Hon. Poweide Foburuku has called for a change of approach in the electioneering process.

He stated this on a visit to the chairman and members of the executive council of Akugbene community in Bomadi Local Government Area of Delta State.

“It is only a fool that does the same thing continually and expects a different result”, Foburuku said while urging the electorates to work towards a change in the political space.

While noting that need for change informed his decision to aspire to represent the people of Bomadi in the Delta State House of Assembly come 2023, he emphasized that “It is time to have a change of attitude if we must experience differently”.

Chairman of the Akugbene community, Mr. Jebba Ebidemi appreciated Foburuku and his team for the visit, assuring them their support.

He urged him not to relent in his effort to canvas for more support from other community leaders.

Highpoint of the visit was the presentation of a set of Jerseys and Football to the Akugbene community football team by Foburuku, who described football as a plank for unification and promotion of peace.
