Buhari Writes Senate, Seeks to Confirm Yakubu for Second Term

President Muhammadu Buhari has written the Senate to confirm the appointment of professor Mahmood Yakubu for a second term in office as the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral commission, INEC.
The president in his letter, solicited for the Lawmakers’ expeditious consideration of his request for another five year tenure for Professor Yakubu.
