Senator Shehu Sani, a former senator has in his recent tweet, blasted those he calls the “president’s men” as he blamed them for advicing the president wrongly.
He is blaming the “president’s men” for initially kicking against the dismissal of the Service chiefs and advicing the president not to heed the call.
According to him, “WHEN we told the President to remove the Service Chiefs because they have failed, the President’s men opposed our motion and told the President not to remove the Service Chiefs; Now they want the Service Chiefs removed and the President is standing by their earlier recommendation”.
He further added that now that the “president’s men” want the service chiefs removed, the President has decided to abide by their initial advice.
