South-East Governors In Crucial Meeting

The South East Governors’ forum is currently in a crucial meeting at the Enugu state government house, Enugu.
It is learnt that the Forum which comprises governors from the South-Eastern Part of the country, is meeting to deliberate on the aftermath of the EndSARS protest.
Recall that hoodlums who hijacked the EndSARS protest, went berserk as they looted and destroyed public and private owned property in different parts of the country.
This led to curfew being imposed in some states including Enugu to bring the situation under control.
The forum is also to deliberate on issues bothering on the root cause of the protest and ways of productively engaging the youth.
Joining in the meeting are Chief Nnia Nwodo, President General Ohaneze Ndi Igbo; Senator Rochas Okorocha; Senator Ike Ekweremmadu; Senator Uche Ekwunife as well as other well meaning Igbo personalities and some clerics.
