Wife Stabs Husband To Death In Delta

There was pandemonium at Ulogwe-Isumpe community of Utagbe-Unor in Ndokwa West Local Government Area of Delta State when a house wife reportedly stabbed her husband to death.

It was gathered that a domestic disagreement ensued between the couple when the sad incident occurred on Wednesday.

The deceased simply identified as Oluchi was said to have been stabbed by the wife with a kitchen knife.

Oluchi, who was rushed by neighbours to hospital, was confirmed dead by doctors on duty.

The source added that the police were invited to take the woman (bereaved wife) to the outpost at the nearby Ndemili community.

Acting Public Relations Officer of Delta State Police Command, DSP Bright Edafe confirmed the incident but could not give further details.

“It is confirmed but I don’t have details yet. The Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Kwale division has already detailed his men to investigate the incident,” Edafe said.
