Speaker of Edo State House of Assembly Impeached

Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Francis Okiye has been impeached by nine out of ten members of the assembly.
He was impeached over alleged high-handedness.
His impeachment followed a motion by the majority leader of the house, Henry Okhurobo.
The House, thereafter, elected Marcus Onobhu as the new Speaker.
