An officer of the Department of State Service, DSS, has been caught naked after sneaking into a female hostel of the Kaduna State Special Education School for the Deaf, Dumb and Blind, KASSES, in the wee hours of the night.
Mr. Mubarak Garba, an Assistant Security Officer, ASO, was allegedly arrested naked inside the female hostel of the school by the police in Kaduna State following a distress call on the incident.
Scudnews learnt that Principal of the school, Bako Tanko Jocks, alerted the police at about 1.30am on Thursday, February 15, when Garba was spotted inside the female hostel under the cover of darkness.
The police said a team of operatives dispatched to the scene in response to a distress call arrested the suspect naked inside the hostel and found out that he is an officer of the DSS attached to the Kaduna State Command of the Agency.
Garba, according to the police, has confessed to have trespassed into the school with intent to sexually abuse the handicapped female students.
The police said while investigation into the underlying motive of the DSS officer’s alleged bizarre act was ongoing, preliminary findings from the matron of the school indicated that the suspect had been sighted naked inside the female hostel within the past one week but usually escaped before any move was made to apprehend him.
