The abducted students, teachers and family members of Government Science College Kagara in Niger, who recently gained their freedom, will undergo psychosocial therapy.
The Niger State Government while stating this, has declared that the move, is to address the traumatic effects of abduction on the physical balance and wellbeing of the abductees.
It added that this would help the abductees and their families get over the tragic episode that must have altered the psychological balance of those involved in the abduction especially the students.
Commissioner of Education, Hajiya Hannatu Jibrin Salihu stated this during an Interactive discussion with the Ministry of Women Affairs, Child’s Right Agency, UNICEF, and the National Orientation Agency (NOA).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
