Just few hours after the Edo State Government imposed a curfew due to the havoc and destruction being caused by thugs who have hijacked the #EndSARS protests; the Lagos State Government has followed suit with a 24 hours curfew on all parts of the state as from 4pm, 20th October, 2020.

Lagos State becomes the second state to impose curfew following the #EndSARS protest after Edo State.

Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, said the curfew became necessary seeing that thugs and miscreants are now hiding under the guise of the #EndSARS protest to perpetrate evil.
