A flight carrying 104 asylum seekers from Greece landed in Hanover, German as part of a relocation programme that was ramped up in the wake of the Moria refugee campfire.
Among the people on board the flight on Thursday were 27 unaccompanied minors and 17 sick children as well as their close relatives, a statement from the German Interior Ministry said.
On October 16, a plane brought 26 vulnerable families from the Greek islands to Germany.
The 40 adults and 61 children on board were the first contingent in a German plan to take in 1,553 people with recognised refugee status.
The Berlin government agreed to this last month after the notoriously overcrowded Moria camp on Lesbos burned down in a suspected case of arson.
An additional 150 unaccompanied minors, who were left without shelter by the blaze, are to be brought to Germany.
The German coalition had already committed back in March to take in 243 sick children and their families from Greece, a key entry point for migrants bound for Europe.
